The Girl Scout program has four fundamental goals. These serve as the foundation for all activities. Each girl shall:
Develop to her full individual potential Foster girl's feelings of self-acceptance and unique self- worth. SPACE
Relate to others with increasing understanding, skill, and respect Help girls develop sensitivity to others and respect for their needs, feelings, and rights.
SPACE
Develop values to guide her actions and to provide the foundation for sound decision-making Help girls develop meaningful values and ethics that will guide their actions. SPACE
Contribute to society through the use of her abilities and leadership skills, working in cooperation with others Help girls develop concern for the well being of their communities.
